My baggage has not arrived
Please contact our handling office immediately upon arrival to fill in the Property Irregularity Report (PIR) that you need to keep along with your baggage tag and boarding pass.
If the baggage is delayed for more than 24 hours outside of your country of residence, you may be entitled to reimbursment of necessary purchases. The compensation is provided based on receipts. Only essential purchases will be reimbursed (toiletries, underwear, clothing in the case of a longer delay etc.) up to the amount not exceeding 40 EUR per day of baggage delay (the first 24 hours of delay are not included) and up to the maximum amount not exceeding 250 EUR. Purchases of non-essential items (decorative cosmetics, luxury goods etc.) will not be reimbursed. You can request the compensation via our online claim form.
You can check your delayed baggage status online using the World Tracer application in combination with your case reference number, specified in your Property Irregularity Report (PIR) – e.g. PRGQS12345, received at the Baggage Claim desk at the airport when you reported your baggage to be missing.“
If the baggage is not found within 4 weeks, it is considered lost.
