How can I check-in?
Airport check-in counter opens 2,5 hours and closes 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
For flights from Tel Aviv and Marsa Alam the airport check-in counter opens 3 hours before departure. For flights from Dubai, Tel Aviv and flights longer than 5000 km the airport check-in counter closes 60 minutes before departure.
Online check-in opens 30 hours before scheduled departure and closes 60 minutes before scheduled departure. The service is only available to passengers of scheduled Smartwings flights with numbers QS1000 - 1261, QS1300 - 1999, QS2012-2017, QS2036-2041 and flights of partner airlines operated by Smartwings on the specified flights. Currently it is available on departures from Split (SPU), Tel Aviv (TLV), London (LHR), Nice (NCE), Málaga (AGP), Almería (LEI), Las Palmas (LPA), Fuerteventura (FUE), Lanzarote (ACE), Tenerife (TFS), Valencia (VLC), Palma de Mallorca (PMI), Menorca (MAH), Ibiza (IBZ), Olbia (OLB), Lamezia Terme (SUF), Cagliari (CAG), Catania (CTA), Brindisi (BDS), Naples (NAP), Moscow (SVO), St. Petersburg (LED), Rostov (ROV), Kazan (KZN), Larnaca (LCA), Corfu (CFU), Heraklion (HER), Rhodos (RHO), Zakinthos (ZTH), Kos (KGS), Chania (CHQ), Thessaloniki (SKG), Preveza (PVK), Kefalonia (EFL), Kavala (KVA), Karpathos (AOK), Samos (SMI), Santorini (JTR), Hurghada (HRG), Marsa Alam (RMF), Bratislava (BTS), Ostrava (OSR), Brno (BRQ), Las Palmas (LPA), Fuerteventury (FUE), Lanzarote (ACE), Tenerife (TFS), Ponta Delgada (PDL) and Prague (PRG). Please note that for departures from Moscow (SVO), St. Petersburg (LED), Kazan (KZN) and Rostov (ROV), passengers are required to have a boarding pass printed since the mobile format is not accepted by the airport authorities. In case of departures from Antalya (AYT), Izmir (ADB), Hurghada (HRG), Marsa Alam (RMF) and Samara (KUF) airport authoritis do not accept any form of online boarding pass and a passenger must always go to the check-in desk to have his boarding pass printed.
Online check-in cannot be applied to passengers without electronic ticket numbers and passengers requiring special assistance at the airport. Upon successful online check-in, passengers will receive a confirmatory e-mail containing a boarding pass. If the passenger does not have any baggage to check-in, he or she may proceed directly to the departure gate. Otherwise, they must contact the airport check-in counter or the baggage drop-off. On rare occasions, passengers may be asked to check their travel documents after their on-line check-in first at the airport check-in counter. If the online check-in service is unavailable for any reason, the passenger must check-in at the airport check-in counter.
