New destination: Smartwings to launch scheduled flights from Prague to Brindisi next summer

Smartwings is expanding its list of destinations, offering a new service for summer 2024. On 3 June 2024, the airline will launch regular flights between Prague and Brindisi, Italy. The line will be operated twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. Italy is a popular holiday destination, and in addition to Brindisi, Smartwings will also offer regular flights to Lamezia Terme, Olbia and Cagliari in Sardinia and Catania in Sicily under the 2024 summer flight schedule.

Flight QS1024 will depart from Václav Havel Airport Prague at 19:20 and arrive in Brindisi at 21:35 local time. The return flight QS1025 from Brindisi to Prague will depart at 22:20 local time and arrive to Václav Havel Airport Prague at 00:35 after midnight. The route will be operated by a Boeing 737 aircraft with a capacity of 189 seats.

Flight tickets to Brindisi are available on Smartwings and Czech Airlines websites and at flight ticket vendors.

In addition to Brindisi, Smartwings will offer another attractive new option for the next summer season – a direct flight from Prague to the Azores. From 26 April 2024, it will be possible to fly from Prague to the largest Azores island, São Miguel, twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Under the 2024 summer flight schedule, Smartwings will offer direct flights from Czech airports to more than 70 destinations and will increase frequency on popular routes.
